When it comes to producers on our islands, Gozo Cottage in Xewkija is a prime example of celebrating seasonality and local quality. Dr Joseph Grech’s mission is to give the islands quality products that preserve the local offering throughout the year; irregardless of seasonal availability. Much like our ancestors mentalities, Gozo Cottage allows the distinct flavours of the Maltese islands to become a staple in the form of jams, marmalades, liqueurs and other preserved items prepared by sourced artisans or in-house experts.

Gabriella Mifsud ensures that the running of Gozo Cottage is as meticulous as the products they produce, and they are constantly seeking to increase their range while improving their quality. Their spirits are distilled on location, with their stamp of approval as Malta and Gozo’s only licensed distillery.
