Chef Steve Scicluna runs the Risette kitchen with precision, particularity and his admirable ability to outdo himself on every return visit. With Maltese food heritage a firm landmark in his mind, he pivots with Japanese ingredients, French technique and Italian reference; while striving to elevate the identity of Maltese dining.
